Hamrawit & Liqe Tiguhan Kesis have made a SIGNIFICANT positive impact in my life. They truly do the Lords work and God worked/works through them. I would not be where I am without God’s work through them.

As a kid, you’re curious and they allowed me to grow in my faith with this curiosity. They taught me a good balance of my religion, culture and life as someone born and raised in America. It is essential to have someone who understands what it’s like to live in America and have answers to strong questions regarding their faith as it keeps a child interested and God on their hearts.

As a teenager, discipline and commitment within our religion is essential. Not only do they incorporate that in the lives of many teens, but developed it in our hearts as well. They did it in a joyful, serious, and fun way. They made us feel like it was our own choice and it soon was as we grew up and entered our college/collegiate years.

No one talks about this, but as an Orthodox college student, this is the hardest time. You are living in, among, and around sin. Hamri and Liqe Tiguhan knew this from their own experience of attending colleges as a student to being a professor/teacher and were able to provide support, resources and comfort to us as college students as we navigate a sinful place college campus can be.

Unknowingly, they pulled me out of darkness, spiritually, mentally, and more that this world and the enemy continually tries to put God’s children in. God truly used them to help get me where God put me today, as for that first Glory, Praise and All Honor be to God Almighty and May He bless Hamrawit and Liqe Tiguhan for the work they’ve done over the last 12+ years. It would be a blessing and honor greater than you could understand if they were to mentor, coach or counsel anyone.
